Andrew was kind enough to have me on his @QuartzCrisis YouTube channel yesterday (1/25/2023) for an interview about my latest book, "The Inconvenient Truth about the World's First Waterproof Watch". We discussed Charles Depollier, his waterproof trench watches and the technology that went into them. And how the U.S. Army and Charles Depollier developed a waterproof wrist watch 8 YEARS before the 1926 Rolex Oyster. Enjoy!

THE WORLD'S FIRST WATERPROOF WATCH
1918 WALTHAM DEPOLLIER "FIELD & MARINE" WATERPROOF WATCH
1919 WALTHAM DEPOLLIER "THERMO" WATERPROOF WATCH
The Waltham Depollier "Field & Marine" Waterproof Watch was officially independently tested by high
ranking officers within the United States Army in 1918 for its waterproof ability. It passed the tests
with flying colors and was certified as waterproof. The United States Army then bought 10,000 Depollier
waterproof wrist watch cases. All of my evidence, not speculation, has been published in my latest book.

The shipment of books have ARRIVED!!!
